All right, all right. I had become lazy during the last months. Time to put the New Year’s eve resolutions to be a more active on the blog into practice. Although there is plenty to catch up with – some up to date news from the region – and the prove that Ben is still alive and not just watching TV in his new house.
Yesterday our Outapi pick ‘n’ mix basketball team (doctor, cop, teachers, students and a development worker) played against a selection from Tsandi. First match of the year – and we won! 32°C in the shadow (felt like 40°C at 4.p.m – match was scheduled for 2.p.m – a thanks to the African time). Despite this the only white guy in the Omusati league managed to play two quarter.
